Start with the full model code
A series name alone is not enough to confirm a replacement. Suffixes may specify shaft, rotation, displacement or port configuration. Keep the complete code and include a readable nameplate photo.
No readable nameplate?
Send photos from several angles, including the shaft, mounting flange and ports. Include the equipment make and model, and a drawing or measured dimensions if available.
