Specify each pumping section
A multi-section pump brings more than one pumping section into an assembly. Renowell’s T6 / T7 catalog includes single, double and triple configurations. An assembly should be identified by its full model code, not just the family name.
For an enquiry, record the displacement or code for every section and identify the required outlets. A photograph of the complete assembly helps explain the arrangement, but it does not replace the dimensioned drawing.
The circuit determines how flow is used
Different sections may supply different parts of a machine, depending on its circuit design. Do not assume a double pump always produces one combined output. Ask the equipment designer how each section is connected and loaded.
Review the complete assembly
Check rotation, shaft, mounting, port orientation and the operating conditions for each section. The drive and mechanical limits of the assembly also matter when sections work together.
When replacing an existing pump, include the complete suffix sequence and photos from both ends. If you only need a service part, make clear which section the part belongs to.
