PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Series information
Two pump sections in one assembly. Specify each section separately and review the hydraulic circuit before deciding how the outlets will be used.
Any reference to another manufacturer’s series is for identification. Interchangeability requires verification of the complete configuration and operating conditions.
TECHNICAL SELECTION
Specifications & configuration
Listed option values describe the series; not every combination is valid. Confirm the complete model code before ordering. Numerical ratings depend on the selected configuration.
KNOW YOUR PUMP
Two-section vane pumps
The front and rear sections need their own configuration. A combined flow figure does not describe how two circuits operate or when their loads occur together.
Family references
Family names are a starting point. Send the complete model code to confirm the configuration and availability.
What to specify for this series
- Front and rear section codes
- Flow and pressure duty for each outlet
- Port orientation and available installation space
- Drive and coupling requirements for the complete assembly
READ THE SPECIFICATION
What the pump parameters mean
Build a complete specification before comparing two pumps. A matching flow figure is only one part of the selection.
| Parameter | What it tells you | Prepare |
|---|---|---|
| Displacement | The volume displaced per shaft revolution. Use the actual displacement value and unit, not just the model's displacement code. | Required flow and pump-shaft speed |
| Pressure rating | The applicable limit depends on the selected configuration and operating conditions. Continuous and intermittent ratings serve different duties. | Normal pressure, peaks and duration |
| Rotation | The direction must match the pump specification and the stated viewing direction. Supply the original designation when replacing a pump. | Original rotation code and drive arrangement |
| Shaft & mounting | The shaft transmits drive torque; the flange locates and secures the pump. Matching a family name does not establish mechanical fit. | Shaft dimensions, flange and pilot drawing |
| Ports & orientation | Connection size, connection standard and housing orientation all affect installation. Outlet positions matter on multi-section assemblies. | Port drawing and installation photographs |
| Fluid & seals | The selected fluid, viscosity, temperature and seal material must suit the pump configuration. | Exact fluid designation and operating temperature |
REPLACEMENT & REPAIR
Match the pump, then the installation
Identify
Photograph the nameplate and copy every model suffix. For a cartridge, identify its position in the parent pump.
Compare
Check the mounting, shaft, rotation, ports and envelope against the applicable drawing. Record each outlet's operating duty.
Confirm
Ask for the proposed configuration and technical documentation with the quotation. Agree the requirements before ordering.
ENGINEERING DOCUMENTATION
Technical documents
Check the document revision and drawing against your installation. Contact us for missing dimensions or special configurations.
